Anti-Corruption, Transparency & Business Ethics

 

AIM:


To provide an understanding of the effects of corruption on business in particularly and national development in general and an appreciation of the need for businesses to be compliant with Anti-Corruption policies and Laws.

EXPECTED OUTPUT/BENEFITS:


1.  At the end of the study of this module, course participants are
expected to:
•   have developed an appreciation of what conducts constitute
corruption within  a corporate setting
•   understand the negative impact of corruption on business and
national development
•   appreciate how to fight/manage corruption through compliance
with workplace codes of conduct and  Anti-corruption laws
